infintyFracX™ Features and Benefits

Full API-Drift from Wellhead to TD Before and After Treatment!

With our API Drift sliding sleeves and dissolvable darts no longer will operators have any well restrictions present in the well.

Unlimited Stages and Lateral Length

No longer do operators need to limit their well length or completion intensity because of technology constraints.  The infinityFrac™ systems allow an unlimited number of fracture treatment stages to be placed without well lengths being limited by coiled tubing, jointed pipe or wireline reach limitations.

Multi-Point-Entry (i.e. Limited-Entry, Cluster) Capable

To further improve efficiencies infinityFrac™ comes with the optionality of running it in a cluster or limited entry fashion with an unlimited number of entry points per stage.

Cemented or Open-Hole Well Design Optionality

As a full API drift system, cemented production strings are a natural choice for operators using the infinityFrac™ system.  For specific reservoir requirements Open-Hole packers may also be used.

No Coiled Tubing or Wireline Needed

infinityFrac™ fracture placement valves are operated by a proprietary plug dropped and displaced from surface.  No coiled tubing or wireline is required at any point in the system's operation.

Uniformly Distributed Fractures, Single-Point of Reservoir Entry

With the single-point-of-entry infinityFrac™ system operators know exactly where their treatment fluids are being placed allowing them to implement reservoir and field development strategies with better certainty.

Less Pumping Time and Less Pumpers Required on Location

Because treatments are pumped continuously and there are no rate-limiting restrictions present in the wellbore pumping times are drastically reduced when compared to plug and perf, ball activated sliding sleeves and coiled-tubing activated sliding sleeve completion systems.

Plug and Perf Pump Rates with Minimized Horsepower Requirements

Because there are no restrictions in the wellbore that increase treatment pump pressures and the reservoir is accessed via a single-entry-point operators may lower the number of pumpers on location without sacrificing completion intensity - leading to lowered costs and lower horsepower requirements.

No SIMOPs Required

Because the infinfityFrac™ systems are continuously pumped and no wireline or coiled-tubing interventions are required there is no need to have SIMOPs like zipper fracturing present in stimulation operations.

HSE Friendly and Logistically Simpler

Smaller frac spreads, no SIMOPs, less water, less trucks, less people all contribute to a safer completion operations on the wellsite.

No Rig Down or Rig Up between Stages

Unlike plug and perf methods, infinityFrac™ is continuously pumped with no need to rig down or wait on wireline or coiled tubing trips.

Production Ready Wellbore with No Millouts Required

After the well stimulation operations are completed the well me be produced immediately with no interventions or millouts required.  If a screen-out is experienced during fracturing operations the well may also be immediately flowed back.

Continuously Pump the Entire Well Treatments, without Slowing Down

Not only is the entire fracture program continuously pumped but the plugs can lath their respective sliding sleeves at full treatment rate (up to 20 m3/min) while still retaining a 500% safety factor.

Reduced Water and Trucking Requirements

As all plug and ball assemblies are continuously pumped as one assembly at greater than 99% displacement efficiency with no wireline required a significant reduction in water usage will be an added benefit for operators when compared to plug and perf or ball activated systems.

Lower Surface Pressures and Wellhead, Frac-Iron Pressure Ratings

With no well restrictions present and thus lower treating pressures operators may lower the pressure rating of their surface, wellhead and pumping equipment.
